Seeking support is an act of strength. If you're navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or major life transitions, I offer a grounded space to explore your story and reconnect with what matters most to you. I’m deeply committed to creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where people of all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and valued. My passion for trauma therapy was shaped by my time at a nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and child abuse. I’ve witnessed the resilience of the human spirit, and how healing can begin even in the darkest places.
I utilize an integrative approach that meets you where you are. My therapeutic toolkit includes EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, mindfulness and somatic practices rooted in Polyvagal Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
My role is to walk beside you with compassion and curiosity as you move toward greater clarity, strength, and self-acceptance. Change can be messy and meaningful. You don’t have to do it alone.
